By accessing or using Reelify you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description
Reelify provides AI-powered product video and poster generation. You upload images and prompts; we generate media via third-party AI. Results are not a guarantee of sales.
3. Accounts
Register with a valid email. You are responsible for credentials and activity on the account.
4. User Content
You keep rights to your uploads. You grant Reelify Studio a license to process them solely to provide the service, and you warrant they do not infringe third-party rights.
5. AI-Generated Content
Outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for inputs and for how you use outputs, including platform rules.
6. Points & Payment
The service uses points purchased in the app, including App Store In-App Purchase. Costs vary by model, duration, and resolution as shown before you generate.
7. Refund Policy
Failed jobs return frozen points. Successful jobs may be cancelled within 30 minutes unless downloaded. Purchased points are otherwise non-refundable except as required by law, including Apple’s App Store refund rules.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, create deceptive media, disrupt the service, or resell access.
9. Intellectual Property
Reelify, its software, and marks belong to Reelify Studio. You may use your generated media; third-party material inside it is your responsibility.
10. Third-party Services
AI generation is provided by vendors such as Volcano Engine Jimeng/Doubao. Using Reelify means related content may be sent to them to complete generation.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post changes here and in the app. Continued use is acceptance.

16. Apple
These Terms are between you and Reelify Studio only. Apple is not a party, is not responsible for the app or its content, and is not obliged to provide maintenance or support. To the extent Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms, it may enforce them against you. In-app purchases are processed by Apple; Apple’s refund rules may apply in addition to section 7.
17. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent to these Terms in your country. If you use the app for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
