We only collect what the product needs: email for accounts, uploaded images for generation, and the videos or posters we create for you. We do not collect contacts, location, or other sensitive personal data.

Information Use
Uploads and outputs are used only to provide generation. Email is for account management and important notices, not marketing unless you opt in.
Information Storage
Data lives in encrypted cloud storage and databases. Media is kept for 30 days after generation, then deleted. Account data is removed when you delete the account.
Information Security
We use HTTPS, encrypted storage, and access controls. No online service is perfectly secure.
Third-party Services
Generation runs on providers such as Volcano Engine (Jimeng / Doubao). They receive prompts and images solely to complete the job.
Cookies
This website stores your language choice in the browser’s localStorage. The app stores login and locale on-device. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
Children
Reelify is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13.

You may request access to or deletion of your account and associated data via hello@reelifystudio.com or in-app Contact. We will respond as required by applicable law.
